Northeast India consists of seven states Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya,Mizoram, Nagaland, and Tripura. However, we will only cover Assam, Meghalaya, andArunachal Pradesh on this trip. Tourism in this area is based around the unique Himalayanlandscape and culture distinct from the rest of India. Northeast India is one of the mostpleasant tourist spots of India that stands under the hood of the Great Himalayas. We hopethat this trip will change your perspective on the beauty of India.

Schedule Details

Day 01

: ARRIVAL AT GUWAHATI AND MOVE TO SHILLONG

After arriving at Guwahati Airport or Guwahati Railway Station, we will move to Shillong. This will be a 3-4 hour journey. However, after arriving at Shillong, we will go to our Hotel to get freshen up and rest for the day

Day 02

SHILLONG TO MAWLYNNONG VILLAGE AND DAWKI RIVER

This village is situated in Meghalaya it is called “God’s own Garden”. Behind this name, the reason is this village was awarded by Discover India in 2003 as the “cleanest village of Asia”. So, we will go to this village after having breakfast and also visit the Dawki River. We will then move back to Shillong after the visit.

Day 03

SHILLONG TO CHERRAPUNJI

Cherrapunji is famous for having one of the world’s highest Rainfall Levels. In addition, it also has some famous Water Falls, Villages, and Caves. We will start our journey from Shillong and after reaching Cherrapunji, we will visit some places like – Nohkalikai Falls, Double Decker Living Root Bridge(Treeking of-6km, the car will stop at Terna Village), Seven Sisters Falls (Nohsngithiang Falls), MawkdokDympep Valley, etc. We will then move back to Shillong hotel after the visit.

Day 04

SHILLONG SIGHTSEEING AND DROP GUWAHATI

This day after breakfast We will visit some places like – Don Bosco Museum, Lady HydariPark, Umiam Lake, etc. After completely sightseeing back in Guwahati and overnight stay there.

Day 05

GUWAHATISIGHTSEEING

First, we will visit Kamakhya Temple, after complete visit Kamakhya Temple back to the hotel and take some rest then visit Guwahati Sightseeing like Balaji Temple, zoo, Ropway, Basistha Temple, Umananda Temple, Iskcon Temple, after complete sightseeing back to the hotel and overnight stay there.

Day 06

DROP OFF AT GUWAHATI AIRPORT/RAILWAY STATION

We will finally conclude our trip with the drop off at the Guwahati Airport or Guwahati Railway Station. With the memorable experience of the tour conducted by SingdhaSrijon Tours Private Limited.
